Studied Mining Engineering at Montanuniversitaet Loeben in Austria and at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in England. He received his M.B.A. at the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France. Chairman of the Federation of Greek Industries (2000 - 2006), Chairman and Board member of subsidiary companies of the S&B Group. He is Μember of the General Council of Bank of Greece. Member of the Board of Lamda Development S.A. Member of the Board of I.Boutaris & Son Holding S.A. and ALBA (Athens Laboratory of Business Administration). Member of the advisory Boards of INSEAD and Athens College. President of the Board of Directors of Greek National Opera. He has been with the company since 1979.

He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe and Business Administration at the REFA institute in Germany. He has been with the Group “S&B Industrial Minerals S.A.” since 1989, having assumed different responsibilities in the Mining & Commercial Group, as General Manager of the Bentonite Business Unit from 1990 to 1994, Managing Director of “Eliopoulos Brothers S.A.” and “Kia Motors Hellas S.A.” from 1995 to 1997, and Managing Director / General Manager of the Group “Motodynamics S.A.” from 1998 to 2007. Since January 2008 he has undertaken the position of the Executive Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Motodynamics S.A. In 2008 he assumed responsibilities at S&B as General Manager of the newly created Geothermal Division. He is married and father of two children. He speaks fluently English, German and French.

He studied Chemical Engineering (B.A. Sc) at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Has served as General Manager of the Esso Pappas Refinery, General Manager of the Motor Oil Hellas Refinery, Managing Director of the Hellenic Alumine Industry and Managing Director of EKO S.A.. He had been with S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. since 1990 and from 1993 until 2004 as Executive Director, while his current assignment is as Vice President at DEPA S.A.

He graduated from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki with honors in Economics and Business Administration. He holds Master in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School. From 1st of January, 2008, he has undertaken the position of Managing Director in the MOTODYNAMICS S.A. Group of Companies. From 1994 until 2007 he was working for S&B INDUSTRIAL MINERALS S.A. where his initial duty was as Assistant Financial Director and his last assignment was as Financial Director of the Group. Prior to his involvement in S&B, he had worked as Manager in the European Treasury Operations Department of the Industrial Air Multinational Group of Companies AIR PRODUCTS. He had further been teaching «Mergers and Acquisitions» in the Professional MBA of Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA) for many years.

Studied Economics, Commercial Sciences and Law at The Athens University and Commercial Sciences in Egypt. Among his duties is Director of “ERGOTRAK LTD”- SOFIA Bulgaria, “ERGOTRAK SRL”- Bucharest Romania, “ERGOTRAK YU LTD”- Belgrade (Serbia), SIBIMIN (Overseas) LTD (Cyprus) and he is member of the Board of Directors of “ERGOTRAK SA”- Greece. He is also Vice President of the BoD in “S&B Industrial Minerals AD- Kardjali”- Bulgaria Since 1968 he has been with “S&B Industrial Minerals S.A” as Member of the Board of Directors in the capacity of Tax Councellor to the Group of “S&B” companies. From the year 2005, he is General Secretary of “Hellenic Business Council in Bulgaria” (HBCB), member of “Greek Economic Chamber” and member of “Hellenic Institute of Internal Auditors”..

He obtained his B.A in Economics from Yale University in 1970 and his MBA from Columbia University in 1972. In 1971 he worked for the American Express International Banking Corp. and between 1972 and 1979 for J.P Morgan, initially in the Mediterranean Europe sector, where he specialized in loans to governments and major organizations, and then in the Africa Sector as Assistant Vice President. He then worked for the Bank of Greece between 1979 and 1984 as Administration Advisor, responsible of safeguarding and managing the country’s external debt, as well as of establishing the first free foreign currency market. He also served as Deputy Governor and President /non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the ETBA Bank (1984-1987) and as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Corporate Relations in the Group of S&B Industrial Minerals S.A (1989-to date). Today, he is Manager of the Real Estate Business Activities of the S&B Group.

Professor of Marketing at the Department of Marketing and Communication in the Athens University of Economics and Business. He is also Director of both the Marketing Laboratory (The Athens Laboratory for Research in Marketing - A.LA.R.M.) and the Executive Postgraduate Program “Marketing and Communication with New Technologies” of the same Department. He has been elected President of the European Marketing Academy (EMAC) for the biennium 2008 - 2010. His primary research, teaching and consulting activities are in the areas of Product Policy, Sales Management, Industrial Marketing, Technological Innovation and Strategic Marketing.He has presented various papers in U.S.A., Canada and Europe and has published more than 100 articles in international conference proceedings and the most prestigious international scientific journals of Marketing including Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management etc. He is also on the editorial board of eleven International Journals including Journal of Business Research and Industrial Marketing Management and has been honoured several times with the Best Paper Award. He has conducted a large number of research projects for many companies of the private and public sector and has served as consultant for Marketing Strategy and Sales Management in more than 80 Greek Companies and Organisations. He has also been Chairman of the Department of Marketing and Communication of the Athens University of Economics and Business (1997-2000) and President of the BoD of E.C.R. Hellas (1995-1998). He has served, as Vice-President of the European Marketing Academy (1990-1993) and he is an elected Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and one of the founders of the Greek Marketing Academy, of which he is also an elected President.

She was born in Athens. Studied agricultural economics in England. She worked for VARANGIS AVEPE furniture company in the retail department having the supervision of after sales department. For two years she was on the board of directors. In 1985 she started ENDYMATOPITIKI SA a company that designed produced and sold directly to its own stores men swear with the trade name THE BOSTONIANS. In 1993 SPORTSMAN a company representing high quality European firms in Greece and other neighbouring countries distributed THE BOSTONIANS nationwide; she remained on the retail, for other brands as well. Today she is with NOTOS COM in the team that works for the expansion of the network of company owned stores in the Balkans namely Romania and Skopia. For Greece she continues managing company stores and her work focuses in stores that are operating in shopping malls.

She was born in Athens. She has a degree in Political & Economic Sciences from the University of Athens and a Masters’ in Business Administration from London Business School in England. She started her carrier in Marketing at Procter & Gamble. For many years, she held the position of Marketing Director at United Distillers and then the one of Marketing & International Relations Director at J. Boutari & Son Holding. From 1995 until 2003 she was Regional Managing Director at Hasbro S.A, a worldwide leading company in children’s toys and games, having under her supervision the regions of Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, India, Africa and emerging markets. In 2003 she founded Giochi Preziosi Hellas where she is a major Shareholder and Managing Director. Giochi Preziosi Hellas is a member of the biggest European group of companies in children’s products and toys and distributes in Greece and Cyprus a variety of popular brands such as Little Tikes, Bob the Builder, Ninja Turtles, Bratz the doll, Scooby Doo and many more.

His long professional history in the Greek automobile market began in 1970at AKMIS S.A., at the time distributor of the French car manufacturer SIMCA. In 1975 he was assigned as Parts Manager at FIAT-PANHELLAS S.A. and in 1978, he served as Managing Director of AUTOTECHNICA S.A. a FIAT-PANHELLAS S.A group affiliate. From 1980 until 1985 he served as Co-Managing Director in FIAT-PANELLAS S.A. In 1985 he became Vice President and Executive Director of MAVA S.A., the RENAULT representative in Greece. From `2005 he remained as Vice President only, until his term in that position ended in December `2007. In 1994-1995 he was involved as an advisor for the launching of KIA MOTOR HELLAS automobiles in Greece. Since 1981 he has been elected continuously as a member of the Automobile Representatives Association. Since 2002 he is a member of the Board of the Institute of Economic and Industrial Research. Since 1986 he has been writing in the auto press, initially in the magazine “Áuto Express” and from 1992 in the monthly magazine “4 Wheels”.

He holds Master in Political Sciences from the Boston University and BS in Financial Sciences from the Bentley University. He is Vice President of NEORION HOLDINGS S.A. since 1994, Managing Director of Elefsis Shipyards since 1997, Vice President of Neorion Syros Shipyards since 2002, member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Greek Industries since 2002, member of Social Affairs Committee (SAC) (EU) since 2005 and member of the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe (ASD) since 2005. He had also served as member of the Professional Chamber of the Enterprise Policy Group (EPG) (E.U.) from 2003 until 2007.
